Connectivity that saves time

Commuters in the Delhi and Gurgaon area who have a lengthy time navigating the busy roads every morning and afternoon during rush hours love to choose New Gurgaon to live. Research in a ”media release” shows that shorter commute is the most obvious benefit, but commuters may also appreciate more predictable travel times and a higher likelihood of avoiding stop-and-start traffic. New Gurgaon, situated between Old Gurgaon and Manesar is the recent development in real estate. The two main clusters in New Gurgaon's along the upcoming Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway are Sectors 102 to 113 and Sectors 76 to 95. It is well connected with three highways such as NH8, Kundli–Manesar–Palwal Expressway and Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway.

The potential benefits from less-congested traffic include reduced fuel consumption; lower vehicle maintenance costs and a better quality of life with less time spend on the roads. The reports reveal that people working in Gurgaon traveling from Delhi spends about 176 minutes (Average) a day commuting. New Gurgaon seems like a paradise for investors and the people working in Gurgaon.

Creating space to breathe in

Things are complicated. Time is fragmented. Attention is scarce. Technology encourages interruption. As I get older, I find it harder and harder to function in the noise of Gurgaon. I need space to breathe to make anything worthwhile. And I’m not alone in this. Approximately 3 lakh vehicles travel from the busiest inter-city route in India (Delhi - Gurgaon). It’s hard to find quiet in such a connected world.

It seems that builders at New Gugaon has understood this need and built a natural city (New Gurgaon) within a city (Gurgaon). At its core, the idea of the natural city means balancing urban density, with all of its inherent efficiency, with an understanding of human psychology and the health and aesthetic advantages of living among other creatures and green, growing things. After all, vegetation absorbs carbon dioxide, emits oxygen, helps mitigate the urban heat island effect, improves the appearance of cityscapes and just generally makes people feel happier. New Gurgaon, situated between Old Gurgaon and Manesar is the recent development in real estate. It seems finally is a place to live which is close to work and away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life.
